The Company Olimps was founded in 1991 in Latvia. We are proud of the works we have already done as well as of the works, which currently are at the execution stage, 

thanks to which we have acquired reputation of a reliable partner for our approach is based upon timely delivery of high-standard services meeting all the customers needs and requirements. Therefore we enjoy trust of many companies representing oil and gas industry one of the most high-tech market sectors where safety, quality and nature friendliness of operating facilities are the strictest requirements. Our key partnership principles, reliability, guarantees, quality, optimum solutions, flexibility and responsiveness, are the ones that influence the quality of our services as these are rendered, implemented and used.

During the time of the Companys activity the scope of our services has broadened considerably and at the moment we focus on the following directions: general engineering and general contracting in the Baltics, Russia and the EU; strategic marketing projects, investment projects and their analysis; financial consulting in management of construction projects (current standard basis); consulting in management and technical evaluation of projects; organisation of comprehensive development of engineering design, organisation and execution of construction and commissioning of finished projects; project management, engineering and service (project follow-up during procurement and installation); supervision; certifying of the finished construction project; training of the Customers personnel in operating of high-tech equipment.

Presently there are professional people working for the Company. They are experts having job experience in the field of design and construction/assembly, for some of them it is more than 20 years long!
The key to our success are our highly qualified and professional employees! Therefore we are always open to providing our staff with financial assistance to ensure their training, raising the level of skills, attending seminars and expos. Thanks to the professional improvement system developed at Olimps our experts are capable of finding optimum solutions for the most complex tasks applying their own and international experience and the most up-to-date technologies to provide comprehensive solutions for multipurpose projects. So therefore we support participation of our employees in different meetings, presentations organised by professional associations for this is a perfect way to establish contacts, information interchange within specific profile, develop and revise standard documentation and, as a result, promote the most state-of-the art technologies in the market (namely, actual implementation of technology at our customers enterprises). To master new products and technologies the Companys employees undergo training in Latvia and abroad, make visits to manufacturers of process equipment, participate in workshops and conferences, attend international expos to get familiar with the latest achievements in science and technology.
