Ore mining and processing enterprise  handling more than 10.3 mio tonnes of iron ore annually. 

Facilities and components:

  • Dark oil discharge railway rack (1х16 tank cars);
  • Recirculating mazut discharge system (2 heating units);
  • Fuel storage (3 vertical steel tanks х 10 000 m3);
  • Tank heating system applying thermal oil as heating agent (VST 4х10 000 m3, VST 3х2000m3);
  • Diesel fuel pump of POL storage unit;
  • Tail thickening unit (waste left after ore enrichment) and transportation to tailing dump (unthickened waste transportation capacity 16000 m3/h).

Scope of work:

  • Consultations, concept design;
  • Design documentation for all design project stages;
  • Supervision;
  • Automated process control system (APCS) development;
  • Procurement of APCS equipment;
  • APCS setting and commissioning.
