Construction of oil storage and transshipment terminal in Ust-Luga seaport – the destination of BTS-2 pipeline system, handling 30 mio tonnes annually (with potential expansion up to 38 mio tonnes)
Facilities and components:
- Tank farm 420 000 m3 (50 000 m3 – 8 pcs., floating roof; 10 000 m3 – 2 pcs., fixed roof);
- Process pipelines DN500-DN1200, more than 5 km;
- Pump station (8 pumps 4000 m3/h, 120 m head);
- Oil metering station (4 units, 12 000 m3/h capacity);
- Boiler house (4 MWth);
- Utilities: water supply, sewerage, power supply, communications, alarm system e.t.c.;
- Fire prevention system and fire-fighting pump station (2 water tanks x 3000 m3);
- Treatment facilities;
- Office and auxiliary buildings.
Scope of work:
- Design of office an auxiliary buildings;
- Supervision;
- Project management;
- Equipment procurement ;
- Construction management (26 subcontractors, more than 1800 construction workers including 150 engineers, 350 units of construction machinery);
- EPC for process control systems;
- EPC power supply solutions;
- Commissioning;
- Service support.
